Heart HR is built by an experienced team with years in HR and IT systems. We have taken everything we learned helping employers manage people, and poured it into one warm, modern platform for UK small businesses and growing teams.
Why we built Heart HR.
We spent years working with HR teams and the systems behind them, and the same pattern kept repeating. Employers were juggling spreadsheets, email threads and filing cabinets, while enterprise HR platforms were priced and designed for companies with hundreds of people and a dedicated HR department.
So we built the tool we always wished those businesses had: one place for employee records, holiday, sickness, attendance, documents, e-signatures and reporting. Warm enough that employees actually enjoy using it, serious enough that you can trust it with your most sensitive information.
Heart HR is a UK-registered business, hosted in the UK, and built to grow with you from your first hire to teams across multiple locations.
